So..it's been awhile

So its been awhile since I've been on here to even write a post....

I've been super busy dealing with School, Work, Getting ready to take my CNA license exam, homework, trying to get to the gym and just having time to be with Chris.

This mod in school has gone really well so far. I'm enjoying clinical a lot than I thought I would. I'm enjoying the patient interaction although there is no hands on care partly in the building I'm working in this time. They split up our clinical time - for the first 2 weeks we were in either the Hancock building ( the Geriatrics/Elderly patient units) or Building 26 where the patients are trying to work their way towards discharge...I've enjoyed the contact with patients there along with going over to Building 14( the Davis building) for group therapy and discussions. It's going to be a bittersweet goodbye but here's hoping once I pass my CNA exam I can get a job at Eastern State in the Hancock building - that would totally make the drive worth while!

So Chris and I have been planning our next road trip...at the end of this class period on May 6th we will be taking a road trip to Florida! We are going to see Aunt Brenda and Uncle Mark and that Friday the 7th we will be traveling out to Orlando area to see my old apartment complex's and go to Downtown Disney to visit with some of my friends that I made way back when during my College Program at Disney World.
